A new function has been added to the website of our kennel, and what else could it be nothing but truffle recipes? The mushroom the Lagotto Romagnolo was bred for. You will regularly find recipes made from truffle oil as well as from the mushroom itself in all kinds of forms and, of course, based on preparation. There are recipes that are quite problematic and take more time, and there are recipes that are easy to prepare. But one is guaranteed, both are worth the effort because the flavors that unfold before us provide a culinary experience of a lifetime.

Truffles can be found almost everywhere in the world, especially if we look for them in the forest in the company of a well-trained Lagotto. But thanks to modern society, we can even buy them ourselves, and not all of them are priced like a luxury.

In the first round, I added three recipes to the website, an easy-to-prepare appetizer on bread. Then a truffle cream soup, and finally one of the most popular ways of using it, which is pasta-cheese balls. Soon more arrives!
